We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time.
Sale of items through this website is carried out under the BEAUTYLALA name, brand belonging to DIGITAL BEAUTY LTD.. A firm registered in England and Wales, company number 10582467 and VAT number 263 3115 31, with registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU N1 7GU London, UNITED KINGDOM. Prices, Delivery Charges and Payment
We try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered we will inform you of the correct price to you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel no payment will be taken from your card.
Prices may change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Therefore, except as provided above, price adjustments on previous orders are not permitted.
The prices on the Website include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount. *Please click here for further delivery information.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. You can also pay all or part of the price of your order with a Beautylala Gift Card.
We offer Cash on Delivery for Orders among Spain and Portugal with an additional cost of 3 euros. We hope we can offer this options for the rest of countries very soon.
Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before the products are despatched to you.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
If you have a Promotion Code you can enter it in the box situated at the "Basket" page. Please note the codes are case and space sensitive. Unless otherwise stated Promotion Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You may only redeem one code at a time so we advise you to choose the promotion best suited to your purchase. Note that further exclusions may apply.
We accept orders for worldwide delivery. We will try to despatch the order to you within one working day of you placing your order and in any event within 3 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to despatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you a delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
For deliveries outside the EU and or for any special territories such as islands bearing custom charges, Beautylala won’t be responsible of any customs costs, such costs should be at the customer’s expense.

Availability of products
All orders are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because items are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute items of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order the substitute items we will reimburse any amount you may have paid.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return to us any unused items beyond the mere verification within 14 days of receipt. You can do so sending an email to email@example.com writing "Returns + Your Order number" in the subject heading.
You can also cancel your order through this form.
Goods must be in their original packaging in an unused, beyond the mere verification, and re-saleable condition. Re-package the products in strong packaging.
Please note that the shipping costs back to our warehouse are on the customer’s expense.

In case of defective product, we commit, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for you.
The seller is responsible for the lack of conformity that arises during a period of 2 years from the moment of the delivery. You must inform us of the lack of conformity as soon as possible and any case within a maximum period of two months after you become aware of it.
Buying from BeautyLaLa
As a user of our website you can add to your chart those products you like to buy. Once selected the products you will choose the payment and delivery methods. Before that, in order to place your order, you need to complete your personal information or log in with your user in case you had an account. Once you have completed your purchase you’ll receive an email with all the information about your order. If you use a free email server (Hotmail, Yahoo, Terra, Gmail, etc.) this email may be at the Spam folders.
Note: we suggest to check this email in order to check that the all the information (payment, shipping etc) are correct) in order yo avoid delays with your order.
You do not have to register to buy in BeautyLaLa, browse our web and add the products you would like to buy to your cart. Once you have selected all your products you may check out choosing the desired payment and delivery method. To complete our order you will need to enter some personal information.
If you wish to register and set up an account to receive all the extra benefits such as our loyalty program please tick the box to set up an account – in future you will just need to log in to see all your account details, past orders, payment methods etc..
After your payment has been excepted you will receive confirmation of your order, please check that all the details are correct to avoid any delays with your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation please check your spam folder.
Registering for a personal account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Website and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or user name is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence.
