Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and ApplePay.

You can also pay all or part of the price of your order with a Beautylala Gift Card.

How do I track my order?

No worries, this is much simpler than you think. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with your tracking number, and a link. To track the order just click on the link and enter your tracking number / tracking number.

To track an order on Beautylala.com, visit My Account section. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

 

When will my order be despatched?

You will receive a confirmation of despatch once your order has left our distribution centre.

We normally despatch all orders within one working day, however in the run up to really busy periods like Christmas we may take up to 2-3 working days for some orders. Orders placed before midday are normally despatched on the day of order.

Your order may be delayed in the unlikely event that we are unable to locate all of the items you have ordered within our warehouse.

In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock, we will let you know by email and refund the full amount paid for the product.

If you have not received confirmation of dispatch within 48 h, please contact us immediately and our Customer Care Team will be happy assist you.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to ensure you receive your order within 4 workings days from your purchase. Estimated delivery time may vary in different countries:

Please note that orders to be delivered to special territories such as islands may take longer to arrive.

 

Will I be charged VAT?

We now despatch all orders within the EU so you will not be charged VAT if you live in a member state of the EU. If you live outside of the EU, you may be asked to pay customs or VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office. Sadly, we have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from country to country.

 

Does Beautylala bear custom charges?

Unfortunately, Beautylala can’t bear custom or VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office.  We have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.

Beautylala reserves the right to recover our costs of delivery and returns for orders rejected due to customs charges.

 

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

If you have received an item that you didn’t order, please contact us and our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

In the unlikely event an item is missing from your order, please contact us and our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you.

 

I received an item damaged

Unfortunately packages sometimes can be damaged by the postal service. If you received a damaged item, please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and  contact us immediately.  We will be happy to help you to return the package for a replacement.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.

Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact.

How long will it take to process my return?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item, provided it has not been used beyond the mere checking of the product, within 14 days of receiving it.

In the case of exchange or return it will be necessary to return all of the original material including packaging. The products must be unused and in perfect condition, otherwise the amount to be returned may be reduced to reflect any damage. Please click here for more information on how to return an item.

How do I use a Promotion Code?

Whether you've received a Promotion Code on one of our newsletters, spotted an offer on our Facebook page or have won one of our amazing competitions, the good news is these are easy to use.

To take advantage of Promotion Codes just place all the products you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart, go to check out and enter your promotion code into the “Promotion Code” box provided on the “My shopping cart” page.
